Then cut back the charger rubber so that you get some wire with which you will be working.
Trim off the outer plastic of the cable using a knife and then slide it off. Avoid cutting the wires underneath it.
Next, peel the wires off the center and twist them.
If by mistake you cut any of the outer wire then cut off the cable and start again.
It is essential to have all the shield wires in connection; otherwise, it won’t charge.
Trim back the white insulation so that the core wires can be joined.
There is quite a small length on the other end of the cable to work with. Try to have the same thing there too.
Match up both ends of the cable and then solder them.
Then wrap some insulation tape on the joint.
Solder the outer shields in a way that the inner and outer wires remain separate while joining.
You can seal up the joint using a flexible glue.

Expose the copper wires by cutting down the wire on both sides of the cable and then stripping the insulation there.
Then solder the copper lead together and avoid crossing the wires.
Prevent insulation between these wires by wrapping electrical tape around them.
